Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Maple syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions:
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar together.
  2. Add the egg and milk, and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan and melt butter.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve with maple syrup.


Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken (cubed)
  • 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves
  • Spices: curry powder, turmeric, cumin, chili powder
  • Coconut milk, chicken broth
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, cilantro, rice

Instructions:
  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and spices.
  2. Add chicken, cook until browned.
  3. Simmer with coconut milk and broth for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot, celery
  • 500g ground beef or pork
  • 400g crushed tomatoes, tomato paste
  • Oregano, basil, salt, pepper
  • 300g spaghetti
  • Fresh basil or parmesan (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery in olive oil.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Cook spaghetti and toss with the sauce.
  5. Serve with fresh basil or parmesan if desired.

Ingredients:
  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or any preferred type)
  • Bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, olives (or any preferred vegetables)
  • Oregano, basil, salt, pepper

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  4. Top with cheese and sliced vegetables.
  5. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Ingredients:
  • 4-6 apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Place mixture in pie crust, dot with butter, and cover with top crust.
  4. Seal edges, cut slits, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and dust ramekins with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Whisk powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and flour into the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
  5. Let the cakes cool for a minute, then invert onto plates. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
